I came up in an era where skateboarding and hardcore were so synonymous that bands were commonly named after skateboarding related things. That went out of vogue for a time but seems like it is swinging back in name in some instances but certainly in vibe. Dose from the Midwest are certainly finding their dna in that basement energy and giving a full body sacrifice to the core. It's fast, it's dirty, it's certainly abrasive, it's Dose Midwest Hardcore.
